If you do not have an account, click here to request one. Here are a few guidelines on issues that you should consider when writing your review.

Restaurant Review Guidelines:

1. Quality of the food. Is it as expected or does it surpass your expectations? Is the food spicy? Does it match the menu description at all times? Is the quantity sufficient? Is it served piping hot? Is the food well garnished? If served as a takeaway is the packaging adequate?

2. Quality of the service. Do your staff understand customer's orders? Is your service speedy, polite and efficient? Do customers have to ask for items twice when you are busy? Do you have bill queries? Do you provide itemised bills?

3. Ambience - does your restaurant offer good seating in a well-ventilated space? Is the decor pleasing? Is the seating comfortable? Is the establishment clean?

4. Value for money. What is the price band for the dishes you supply? Do you feel you provide good value for money?
