cost of rice may halt growth of ethnic foods market in 2011 |

estimates that the value of the total UK market for ethnic foods
and rice was around £1.64bn in 2009, representing an increase

am amazed by the number of men, particularly the Asian pot-bellied
kind, who share insider cooking tips with their mates over a pint
of whisky or two. So to really make these bizarre ‘Smith-n-Jones’
conversations truly edifying, I thought I’d compile a few
easy curry cooking lessons for back-seat cooks. No experience is
required to master the art of back-seat cooking and no skills either!

| BEST
OF SANJEEV KAPOOR |
|
Being
asked to choose just five favourites from Sanjeev Kapoor's cookbook
armoury is like choosing your favourite sweet from a box of 'Quality
Streets'.....you really like them all and you'd rather not just
choose one! What
I like about Kapoor's recipes is his unashamed love of cooking.
He does not compromise on ingredients and doesn't dress up his
recipes with fripperies that add to the presentation but not to
the taste.
